Since 2010 I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate.  For some it was a first home.  For others it was a move up or even a move out (of state).  My goal from the beginning has been to empower people to build their net worth through real estate.  This happens through education and execution.  It’s my goal to educate all my clients on the current market conditions and how they will impact their plans to buy and/or sell.  During the home buying consultation, we discuss the process of home buying from getting a pre-approval to setting expectations for searching for homes and grow their understanding of the closing process, because getting a mutually accepted contract on a property is only the first step.  For sellers, I educate them on how to maximize the value of their home, including minor repairs, updates, and staging. We also discuss all the necessary marketing avenues from paid online ads, to property websites, door knocking, youtube, and much much more.
